In a recent independent survey carried out on behalf of Integra Legal 100% of our clients said the firm either met or exceeded expectations with nearly 60% saying that our employment lawyers exceeded the level of service they expected from us.
Of those who responded 100% said we met their expectations in terms of listening to what clients have to say, being accessible when needed and thorough in our approach.
In addition, 80% said they felt we understood their needs extremely well and our service was better than our competitors.
